Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Electronic Team, Inc. is continually improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities by implementing the recommendations of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) produced by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) cover a wide range of recommendations aimed to make web content accessible to a wider range of people with physical, learning, and cognitive disabilities. To meet the Success Criteria of these guidelines, all the information presented on a webpage must be:

  • Perceivable: can't be invisible to all of the user's senses;
  • Operable: can't require action the user isn't able to perform;
  • Understandable: can't feature complicated content or operations;
  • Robust: content can be interpreted reliably by a wide range of user agents, including assistive technologies.

The success criteria are at three levels: A, AA, and AAA. Electronic Team, Inc. aims for the helpwire.app website and the HelpWire web portal, including its account, purchase, and upgrade flows, to conform to Level AA. The website and portal are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform, and we are working to close the remaining gaps. This statement is based on our own evaluation and was last reviewed on 15 October 2026.

European Accessibility Act. For consumers in the European Union, the purchase and account features of the HelpWire web portal are an e-commerce service under Directive (EU) 2019/882. Our reference standard for those features is EN 301 549, the European standard for accessible ICT, whose web requirements correspond to WCAG 2.1 Level AA; the WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria we work to build on those requirements. The descriptions below explain how the service is designed to meet the perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust requirements, and the feedback channel at the end of this statement is available for accessibility requests and complaints.

Information and web user interface components

  • The color contrast between the foreground and background enhances the experience for visually challenged users.

  • Text resize to accommodate any user preference without loss of content or functionality.

  • Clear header structure to establish a content hierarchy for programmatically-aided navigation.

  • Anchor text is written to describe the topic or purpose of the link.

  • The table format for laying out tabular information with clear headings and detailed summaries.
