Introducing Client Grouping in the HelpWire Web Portal
We’re excited to introduce a highly requested addition to the HelpWire Web Portal: Client Grouping.
This new capability is the first major feature enabled by our recent Web Portal redesign—and it lays important groundwork for even more powerful management tools coming next.
Client Grouping allows Operators to organize remote clients into custom folders, giving teams a clearer, more structured way to navigate growing client lists. Whether you support multiple companies, departments, or internal environments, grouping helps you keep everything neatly organized and quickly accessible.
How Client Grouping Works
Getting started is simple:
- Open the Web Portal and look at the left-side navigation bar. You’ll now see a new Groups section.
- Click the ➕ icon to create a new group.
- You can add clients in two ways:
- • Assign an existing client to a group using the new Group field in their profile.
- • Create a new client directly inside a group using the “Add Client” button in the Clients list.
Groups are fully customizable, allowing you to structure your workspace however you prefer.
What’s Coming Next
Client Grouping isn’t just a standalone feature—it’s the first step toward more advanced access-control capabilities.
Up next, we’re introducing Operator Permissions, which will allow Company Owners to limit access to specific Client Groups. That means Operators will only see the clients they’re responsible for, improving privacy, security, and team coordination.
