A Fresh Look and a Stronger Foundation: Meet the New HelpWire Web Portal Redesign

We’re excited to unveil a major redesign of the HelpWire Web Portal – a clean, modern overhaul that not only refreshes the user interface across all your familiar features but also lays the groundwork for powerful enhancements coming soon.
What’s New Today
- • Sleek new visual design – We’ve reimagined the Web Portal with a fresh, streamlined aesthetic.
- • Reorganized side bar – It’s now easier to switch between Companies and manage both Company and Account settings.
- • Client Directory enhancements – You can now display only Clients with unattended access in your Client Directory using a convenient standalone filter below the Clients list.
Foundational Upgrades for Future Features
We didn’t stop at aesthetics. Under the hood, the redesign establishes the architecture needed for upcoming features, including:
- • Contacts grouping – Soon you’ll be able to organize your clients and workstations into custom groups, making it easier to segment by department, priority, or location.
- • Advanced access control for Operators – Granular permission settings are on their way. Delegate specific roles or restrict access to sensitive data for Operators within your Company.
- • Expanded Company management tools – Whether you manage multiple teams, rotate ownership, or collaborate across organizations, you’ll soon get streamlined admin tools to support growing operational complexity.
…and much more
This redesign primes the platform for enhancements like advanced reporting, integrations, and beyond. Expect updates to accelerate how you manage contacts, handle clients, and scale remote support.
The redesign has been automatically rolled out to all users. To explore it, simply log in to your HelpWire Web Portal and start working! As always, your insights help fuel our roadmap. Let us know what you think about the refreshed UI or which features you’re most eager to see next – you can reach out via support or drop feedback directly in the portal.
